ORIGINAL ART & HANDMADE ITEMS

Returns and exchanges are costly for a solo, independent fine artist. Please consider the impact of that before buying an original artwork or handmade item and requesting a return.

If you absolutely don’t love your original artwork or handmade item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. You must pay return shipping costs and it must arrive in its perfect, original condition in order to receive a refund.

Note that original artwork colors may slightly vary from what you see on screen, so please have this expectation when purchasing. This is not a valid reason to request a return.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, you can submit pictures of the damage to Brandi Fleck to receive a refund. If time permits, Brandi may be able to make another item to send to you instead of issuing a refund, if that’s what you prefer.

Please work out with Brandi whether or not shipping back the damaged item is an option, either way, because Brandi may be able to repair the piece and resell it or turn it into another piece of artwork. In this case, you would not need to pay return shipping.
